Silent Night, Evil Night AKA Black Christmas
It was released here in Canada for Halloween, but in the the USA it was released just in time for Christmas.

Silent Night, Deadly Night was not a Halloween movie/not released at Halloween. I think he's using Halloween movie as interchangeable lingo for horror movie. That's how I'm taking it anyway.

I probably think of it as a halloween movie because that's the time of year I'd most often see it on TV.
