Poll 11-13-15 Gratitude and People

This is going to sound weird, but I am thankful for the CEO of Cell Phone Mining Corp Inc.

This is a man who, over the years, has gone from having little use for me to being an active supporter.

I strongly believe that once upon a time, he was actively on the side of dismissing Polk from his employ. Now he has twice singled me out as one of his best managers. I used to feel that he unfairly judged my ability. Now it has turned around where I know he believes in me. It's like not going to work with a gun pointed at your head, and it's a huge relief.

Also Vegas. He has to approve the guest list for that little trip.

First off, I'm grateful for the TR community. Especially last year when I was jobless and depressed, you guys helped to keep my spirits up. This year, I felt like we grew stronger after the unraveling of TR. We're smaller in number, but closer in spirit. Polk and Arkay especially, but all you guys are awesome.

Also, my room mates Eric and Suzy have been a source of inspiration and kinship. It's been good to have 'em here.

Finally, there's my boss at the pizza factory. In addition to being a great boss and very easy to work with on maintaining a flexible schedule, he's also nerdy like me, so having a boss ask me "hey, what can you tell me about the new characters in Age of Ultron?" is cool as hell.
