I've honestly never seen the one with the Muppets, and I don't know how I keep missing it. And I love Scrooge McDuck, but the darker, more adult and much more comedic version with Bill Murray is the best.

I know there's a half a dozen or more remakes, but those are the ones that spring to mind as being pretty decent.
