Not sure what you use to post coffee girls. Imgur is what I use for posting. Just select the BBcode. You can adjust size before you copy the code. Some of them can be very large if you don't

It's a fluke. Years of drought, so this has probably not been an issue here in a decade. I'll install a french drain and some gutter on that side of the house over the summer and it should insure I don't have the problem again. It's a pain for now but fixable. Insurance was out before the storm yesterday and we are getting a new roof, shed, B-ball goal.

I was actually thinking hard about looking for some rental properties over the next few years. I would like to put some money to work and just don't trust the stock market enough to sink any real cash into it. A couple of rental properties will be some work, but you can always sell it at the end of the lease if it's a pain.

Out goes the lights. No power no pump. So I had to rig up a siphon hose to keep the water from flooding. Not sure it's going to keep up. Looks like a long night.

Basketball game on hold as we all had to take shelter at the school for the tornado warning. Hope my truck is still there when we get out.
