Excluding cartoons, the only one I can think of is The Big Bang Theory.

Some shows still have em, like Orphan Black. I've noticed a trend in recent years towards either an instrumental theme song, or a short bit of sound. Lost and Heroes are perfect examples of shows with a "theme sound" that doesn't even rate as a full song. Breaking Bad split the difference with a few notes of music that don't fell like a full song.
