For example-- Customers who are leasing phones *might* be eligible to trade those phones in and upgrade. Since CPMCI owns the phones we have to get an approval and ship those phones back to CPMCI.
All through December I have having a weekly fight with the woman who is in charge of submitting the information for these shipments. I would submit 6 devices that needed to be shipped. She'd send me an approval for 3 of them. "The others require manual approval..." Some of these phones sat in my locked drawer for a month or longer.
Now is January and the same woman sends an email "Your store has un-shipped giveback phones. Please send them NOW or risk being charged for them..."
Dammit. It's you who didn't do your job. Now you're threatening me as if it was my fault.
Cut her brake lines.
I think you've landed on a great board game premise. You draw a card and put in play and it's something like "Is a rude customer at the bagel shop". Whoever you play it against now has to try and cut your brake line without being noticed. If they succeed, they have to play a dick move card, and the person they play it against tries to cut their brake line. You have to answer trivia question to earn "check your brake line" cards, otherwise you're driving without knowing the danger. Dice rolls determine if you live or not. The last person with uncut brake lines , or the last person alive wins the game.
so a modified version of Monopoly, then.
