Here's a good example of what I'm dealing with with Coworker (my apologies that's it a bit long): We've been having issues with the company that handles our fuel credit cards. Coworker has never been set up properly, so each month, I have to download the invoice and send it to her, because she can't access it. They've not been too helpful in getting the problem fixed, but I finally got a form to complete that is supposed to fix the issue. I send her an IM, asking what her user name is. She replies that she isn't sure because she's trying to log in and it doesn't work, so she's sent them an email to ask for it. I offered to print whatever report she was needing, and her response is that she's going to work on the fuel bill. I reply that the fuel bill isn't ready, and remind her that the bill cycle is through the 24th (and I'm thinking, she knows she can't download the bill, that's the reason I'm working on this form, what is doing?). Her reply is that she got an email on Friday that it was ready. I ask if she means the email from X company (which is the company that handles our long-distance calling). She says yes. I said X is for long-distance billing, Y is for fuel. If your using your Y log in on the X website, it won't work. A LONG time passes, and she types "I've finally gotten the issue figured out. What information did you need from me?" ??? What?
Honestly, I'm beginning to wonder how she finds her way to the office without getting lost.
