Her reply is that she got an email on Friday that it was ready. I ask if she means the email from X company (which is the company that handles our long-distance calling). She says yes. I said X is for long-distance billing, Y is for fuel. If your using your Y log in on the X website, it won't work. A LONG time passes, and she types "I've finally gotten the issue figured out. What information did you need from me?" ??? What?
