So the CEO of Cell Phone Mining Corp Inc is coming to town and word is that my store is on the list of locations he wants to visit.

We found out on Thursday night. Emergency plans to spruce up the store (which is at least 6 or 7 years old and has never had a major remodel) were hatched. On Friday every person who had been waiting to buy a new cell phone came in to the store all at once and I worked an open/close.

Saturday we were wicked slow but I was there until closing getting lights replaced and working with the handyman who came out to replace ceiling tiles and repaint walls.

Today I get up at 5:30. I had to go in (store was closed) for a last last minute clean-and-reorganize-accessory-walls party. Yay for working on Easter. Yay for having to cram both laundry and grocery shopping in early so as to have time to do the clean-and-reorganize thing.

Now it is 8:00 and I feel what I can only guess is exhaustion.

I'm going to bed. I have to be at the store at 7:30 to let carpet cleaners in.

i don't get these people looking for tiny homes. i understand the desire for a small, inexpensive house. but these people bitch that they can't fit a full-sized fridge, or a queen sized bed in these 120 sq ft homes.

One of my employees was trying to give a customer a $238 buyback offer for a phone that the customer was leasing from Sprint. In other words, the customer did not own the phone, but she was trying to buy it from the customer. I wasn't harsh with her, but if she had followed her own reasoning, both she and the customer would have been very upset in a month or so.

It was super busy yesterday, and I just hope no other employee had a similar situation and I was too busy helping elsewhere to notice.

It literally stated our PO box fee was due and if we paid before a certain date, we could keep our old rate rather than be charged the new rate going into effect on such-and-such date. And this confused her.

I am back...The amount of ground we covered is insane and I really pushed my limits this trip and I'm proud of myself. Hope everyone is well. I am sleeping for the next two days.

car accident. broken right femur in 2 places, got a rod implanted, so robocop leg. hairline frac right knee cap, left hand. one-handed typing. ok. biggest problem is my boss calling all day when dumb questions, then getting an attitude when i don't answer because i'm sleeping.

I read a spoilery review yesterday. Sounds like the makers of this movie went out of their at to piss off the nerd base of their fandom.

Of course casual popcorn munching moviegoers will flock in to see it and probably gush about how amazing it was.

When a movie comes out I want to see, I avoid every review, good or bad. I won't even read the title of a review, if I can avoid it. I'll even stop watching trailers after I see the first one. I like being surprised and making my own judgement.
