Well, Coworker is now dead to me. She messed something up yet again today, and when I explained to her, again, how it was supposed to be done, she first told me that I was giving her different instructions (oh, really? different than the instructions I gave you last week? And 2 weeks ago? And the day I showed you the first time?) and then rolled her eyes. I just looked at her, silently, and didn't say what I wanted to say. She said well, I guess I'll just try to do better and turned around. Then she sent me an email, cc'ing our boss, explaining that she's sorry she has a bad attitude, but she's tired of me changing the rules in order to make her look incompetent. I told her to find her notes from the day I first showed her and she will see that it's the same instructions I gave her today (of course she can't find her notes). Some other things were said, but I'll save from boring you any further.

So, that's it. I'm not sure what she thought her email was going to do-get me in trouble, I assume. All she's done is bring it down on herself. I was talking to her directly, "Cassie, remember that you need to do X and Y." And I wasn't sharing it with the boss every time I told her something. Well, no more. She'll get an email CC'd to our boss for every single thing she makes an error on, so that when I have to tell her for the 47h time, I can refer her back to the last email and she can't come in with some claim that I've given new instructions.

I talked to my boss after 5 (she's out of there at 4:59:59). I told him I'd have less of an issue of her messing up if she was actually sorry about it. "Darn, why I can't get this right?" rather than ignoring what you say and acting like the problem is with me. He agrees with me about keeping it all in writing. She did the same thing to him yesterday, when she got mad and pouted. "This isn't what you told me to do" and whatnot. He plans on speaking to her tomorrow. Yesterday I was 80/20 on hoping she came back to work. I'm now about 95/5 that she quits.

Well, it's not an emergency, but I'd like people to know that I was kicked out, rather than I jumped ship.  And it's a warning to everyone else.  I don't know why I was kicked off today and who might be kicked off tomorrow.  There's a guy on there who's name is all consonants, why isn't he getting picked on by asshole facebook?

There's a dispute button, where you can ask for your account to be verified. They require you send them a copy of the driver's license, etc. Who the hell is going to send a stranger at facebook a copy of their driver's license? This is facebook, not airport security. Now I want to start a petition to use facebook as your method of identification. "Sir, Facebook has verified my driver's license. I insist you let me vote."
