Oh how I dislike the Autumn, I blame this book (which was one of the first and only to creep me out)
Next weekend I shall be going out on a weekend of fishing and drinking and mellowing out with a few good friends in the country. Looking forward to it as I think the last time I was fishing was around 7 years ago when my grandfather was still alive. I'd go and get a mess of catfish for him. sigh. Good times, Good times.

We don't have that. Things are green until near the end of October/first of November, then it just dies and turns brown and falls off the tree. We don't get "changing" colors. We've got alive or dead.
